Useful Machinery uses account information to identify you and manage access to your organizations and workflows. Signing in through Google or another identity provider sends your provider account ID and available profile information to Auth0, which handles authentication for us. This may include your name, email address and profile picture. We use these details for sign-in, account support and security.

The service stores the workflow content you submit and records technical logs to run and troubleshoot it. Organization membership and the permissions you grant determine who can access shared content. Our authentication, hosting and monitoring providers process information to support these functions. We may also disclose information when legally required.

Account information, workflow content and logs are kept for service operation, security and applicable legal requirements. Email hello@usefulmachinery.com with privacy questions or requests to access, correct or delete your information. Changes to this policy will appear on this page with an updated date.
